Meet Dr. Groth

Dr. Groth is a seasoned clinician with over 15 years of experience in clinical and forensic

psychology. Dr. Groth specializes in psychological and forensic assessments and enjoys helping clients understand their own psychological functioning.


Beyond assessment, Dr. Groth also provides individual and couples therapy. She enjoys

working with clients who struggle with sexual behavior issues, relationship difficulties, infidelity, and legal issues. Before entering private practice, Dr. Groth spent several years working in correctional settings with both juveniles and adults. She comes from a family of military service members, and has a passion for working with military service members, veterans, correctional staff, and law enforcement personnel.


When she is not at the office, you can find Dr. Groth in the college classroom where she serves as a psychology professor with a passion for helping students to understand the complexities of the human mind, the importance of mental health and stigma reduction.

Meet Samantha

Samantha is a licensed therapist specializing in working with first responders, and conducting forensic and psychological assessments. With a focus on delivering compassionate care and expert evaluations, Samantha offers a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their experiences and address their unique needs.


Samantha brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her work with first responders, especially understanding the challenges and stress that accompany the demanding profession. These professions include: law enforcement, firefighters, emergency dispatchers, and emergency medical services. Her approach integrates evidence-based practices and specialized training, coupled with a deep understanding of the complexities of these roles. She provides uniquely tailored support to help clients navigate stress, trauma, and relationship issues.


Additionally, Samantha is skilled in conducting forensic assessments using her knowledge of psychology and experience within the legal system. Using these skills, she provides thorough evaluations to a myriad of populations including: criminogenic risk assessments, mental health evaluations, law enforcement candidate evaluations, and/or substance use evaluations. Samantha’s commitment is to uphold the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and compassion.

Meet Arianna

Arianna is a compassionate and dedicated clinical social worker & certified sex therapist whose passion lies in aiding individuals in navigating the complexities of intimacy, relationships, and pleasure. With a warm and non-judgmental approach, she creates a safe space for her clients to explore their concerns and desires.


Arianna earned her MSW in Clinical Social Work from the University of Michigan, and later underwent intensive sex therapy training through U of M to earn her title as a Certified Sex Therapist. Her academic background, coupled with years of hands-on experience equips her with a deep understanding of the psychological and emotional aspects of human sexuality.


With a genuine interest in humans and their well-being, Arianna finds fulfillment in guiding her clients towards healthier and more satisfying sexual lives. She employs a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual's needs, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, attachment-based, person-centered, and systemic approaches. Arianna believes in the power of education and empowerment when it comes to sexual health and intimacy. She is committed to providing her clients with the knowledge and tools they need to overcome challenges and achieve greater fulfillment, pleasure, & safety in their relationships.
